Marching isn't really any better than "rhetoric," is it? Especially if the march isn't large, what does it do to really move laws, money, and policies forward?
If the march just vocalizes the same ideas as those espoused by the politicians, then the marchers time and money would be better spent canvassing, calling, and generally helping make sure that the politicians who aren't on board get on board.
