US illegal drug consumption is about $60B a year as is Medicare fraud 
also about $60B a year.  It's enough to fund a small war.  Selling 
salad shooters, auto tires and toilet plungers into the US market 
while turning your country into the world's sweatshop is possibly 
more profitable.  If the internal currency is kept artificially low 
so that imports look high and domestic consumption is promoted, then 
one can loan the profits back to the US so it can buy more.  There's 
more money in salad shooters
