Pynchon & W.C. Williams and "peeing out the sun"

I just want to go on record that I think peeing out the sun, like peeing at the moon, has been done and uttered by millions of young men. When you pee
outside, what else is there, but the prosaic ground? 

That being said, I know at least two plisters have explored Williams' Paterson because of Pynchon---pipe up---and I do knw that there is at least
on escholarly article or book exploring paterson's influence on (early) TRP
(which I haven't read not least 'cause I have not read Paterson fully)
