Would be interesting to know how Bellow, Roth and Welty's publisher(s) decided it was worth their while to share the market with new, competing editions. Would Penguin, Holt, Little Brown, Viking, Lippincott (HarperCollins now), etc., all feel the same way about TRP?

It could only help TRP being 'taken seriously' as a writer NOT just for Academics to write about, but to read.....[which I do hear and read]
