The Simpson have been endorsed by TRP. You may watch them AND 
read him, which is what I do. As for SP, can't say. Don't feel I need to 
watch 'em. 

However your question is a bit like: "why drink bordeaux when there 
are so many other great red wines, like amarone or brunello?". Well, 
ain't it a matter of taste? If one prefers bordeaux he'll drink that--
provided he can afford it.

But maybe I'm taking your message too seriously.
