never did LSD myself (too powerful for my fragile mind and all that)
but under the right conditions it was proven to help patients
suffering from depression, alcoholism, etc.
I guess what others noted here that it became like candy and disregard
for proper conditions and monitoring was the danger for some who would
suffer from its effects. I almost beat up someone at a party who
spiked the punch so to speak--dosing the unexpected I did not find
amusing
That so many felt it was positive experience one can't argue and one
laments the way it was used by the gov't in a negative way
