Taking care of business for a guy might mean to not step on your dick 
but locate it in some appropriate receptacle.
Taking care of business for bikers means kicking ass on competitors 
and anyone who might be disrespectful.
In drug craft, women and girlfriends can be bad for cash flow.
For Sportello, just attending to his actual needs and desires.
