The naughty bits seem unusually pornographic in the mundane sense of
the term throughout, the ties, Bambi and Jade, Shasta, Sloane and Luz,
all pretty much straight up "normal" hetero male wish fulfillment, I
can't recall off to top of my head now, at least, any homosexuality
(beyond the aforementioned lipgloss lesbianism), scatology,
pedophilia, sadomasochsim, and/or other fetishisms, and given the
weight Pynchon usually puts on such relationships (primarily as power
realtionships?) ...
