Eerie.  Not only did The Rutles make their US debut on that very same
SNL installment (having originated in a Rutland Weekend Television
sketch on UK TV), but his appearance in the MADE FOR AND SO FAR AS I
CAN DETERMINE ONLY SHOWN ON TEEVEE Rutles special was certainly NOT
his onscreen (vs. cartoon voice) credited (vs. uncredited) film debut,
contrary to what a certain local trivia night host asserted here this
past week ...
