IVIV LSD re Grof's LSD Psychotherapy & etc.

I've looked again into Grof's "Realms of the Human Unconscious" (The
Viking Press, 1975, German: "Topographie des Unbewußten", Klett-Cotta,
1978), which is the original start of his LSD-publications.

To my knowledge Grof has been the first to deliver a theory on LSD
based on numerous accounts. He had worked with LSD for seventeen years
before he went to the US and before LSD became illegal. His writings
are based upon 2500 LSD-sessions he had watched and accompanied plus
the papers on 1300 other sessions his colleagues did.

His four-stage-theory along the four phases of a birth corresponding
with psychopathological syndromes, Freud, post-natal experiences and
the LSD-phenomenology is indeed very interesting.
