which is what happened to organizations like the Sicilian crime
families in the US , Crocker here putting forth the ideals of the
so-called Mustache Petes--yr word was yr bond, honor, never killed
women/children so forth

I understand Doc's sentiment but then the good/bad divide no longer
applies (if it even did to begin with), eh? Think u have to conclude
Doc becomes a bit cynical, no? which seems to be obvious for any PI,
no?
