Two of the Firesign Theater's "Nixons."
In "I Think We're All Bozos On This Bus" Nixon is a Dickensian [as in
PKD] holograph, obviously inspired by Disneyland's hall of animatronic
presidents. Protagonist and fellow Bozo "Uh, Clem" deprograms the
computer that operates the president. Rhapsody gives you the work in
toto, albeit without the usual ability to fast forward and/or reverse
the track. And if you want to download it you'll have to buy it. We
are a spoiled lot, are we not?

In Phil Austin's magnum solo opera "Roller Maidens From Outer Space"
Nick Exxon appears to be a cyborg of some sort. This short excerpt
goes directly to the passage in question:

The idea of Nixon in some way being not quite human seems to pop up
often in Stoner humor of the seventies—our era as well:

I love the notion that all those bogus bills of currency are giving
Vice's non-elect some giddy thrill at the notion that somewhere, in
some alternate and doubtless superior universe, Trick Dick is dead.
This reminds me of the scene of all those Thanatoids anticipating some
revelation at hand while foreshadowing Brock Vond's demise to the
sprightly steps of "Wachut Auf."
