Inherent Vice/Intra-venous—the slow drip. Worked out great for me with  
all the splendiferous and illuminating drug experiences to be found in  
Raymond Chandler's work—"Farewell My Lovely" in particular stands out  
as a classic for it's overtly hallucinogenic scenes in suspicious  
clinics run by shady spiritualists.
