Forthcoming Civil War Novel? ("Mason-Dixon Line")

I'm just going to assume it was an earlier article reprint'd in the
collection 'Novels and Novelists', and the work it was referring to as
'Mason-Dixon Line' was indeed our belov'd 'Mason & Dixon'.
What threw me off was that Bloom explicitly mentioned M&D in the essay, but
I suppose this was a later alteration.
