a) okay a buck a point might be a bit hard to sell - although I
believe it'd be worth it in terms of results...

but even say 20 bucks just for taking the damn test, a nickel a point
up to passing,
etc etc up to a buck a point over a certain level would be an immense help

-- I ran this by my folks and they said "you got good grades because
you liked to learn"
but I'll tell you what, if there'd'a been some cash in it I could have
done a lot better

basically would'a changed school a LOT and for the better (imho)


b) hey, just did my tax return and was filling out a check and then I saw this
"making work pay" thingie!  Damn, I'm gettting some money back.  It's
like Christmas, almost...

I love me some Obama!  This is probably how the rich folks felt at tax
time during Bush 43...
