digest emails

Sorry for repeating this, but digest emails continue to lack subjects and authors.  This makes following and participating in conversations difficult, as I never know who is writing what.

Who manages this list?  This problem has been ongoing for months.  I left the list and then signed up again, but that didn't take care of the problem.

Is this only me?

Apologies again if this has been talked about to death.
