Some Ira Levin gossip/truth.

A friend of mine in the book business, a woman who might be described as softig, met Ira Levin. They hit it off. He was interested in her, she felt. She fell in love during the affair. 

Then he dumped her unceremoniously. For a heavier woman, telling her that he had this prediliction for heavy women. She was heartbroken but also devastated that he was attracted to her build, from his psychological fetishism, NOT to her for herself alone, as the Yeats' poem puts it.
