Charyn has a new novel? I enjoyed his previous novel, about the American
Revolution. Main character is a bastard son of George Washington.

A very interesting writer herself, Jeannette Winterson, wrote the passionate
review. Lyndall Gordon wrote the book. see below
Emily is press hot. See Secret Life of Emily Dickinson, Jerome Charyn's new
novel...which I have just started. Terrif first chapter from Emily's POV: a
self-aware kind of displaced erotic crush--- on a Handyman via his tattoo!
Only his tatoo, she sez--- when young at Holyoke.
