there's a whole side-story in the continuing Bernie Gunther saga, A Quiet
Flame, about Peron's quest for lots of Nazi-related monies being
invested/hidden in Argentina in the 1950s. who knows how much of that loot
fed Peron's coffers and indirectly I suppose throughout the Argentine
government
