Never let anyone accuse you of being thick skinned.

All I meant was that people with an opinion about Mac v. PC generally
agree on the superior design, the ease of use, etc., of the former. I
didn't mean to suggest that because you think differently, you aren't a
thinker, or don't have a credible opinion. Only that yours is notably
a minority opinion among people who think about these things. At least
that's my opinion (or what I think).

I feel certain you'll somehow take umbrage to (against? Please correct
me) this as well. But that's why you're so much fun.

just what I said: the thinking world certainly includes me.Could you
be any more literal-minded?!>> Lot of fuss and fervor over a term that
means nothing more than "those with an opinion (about this)."No fuss at
all. But you are attempting to spin the matter a tad. The clear
intention of what you originally said was to make a distinction between
(a) a statement that *you* disagreed with me, and (b) a claim that 'the
thinking world', including you (of course), but not me, disagreed with
me.You can't throw out gratuitous insults and then act all surprised
when the target takes umbrage.-----Original Message-----From:

some talmudic subtlety I'm missing or, more likely, not, but your

tortured, to come up with a mot that is, alas, not so bon.-----Original

Steve Jobs, etc.But this is exquisite self-parody. Wonderful stuff. You
*think*, you say, that the 'thinking world' agrees with you, and
disagrees with me? QED: you 'think', therefore you really *are* part of
the thinking world.-----------------------------The thinking world
certainly includes me and disagrees, I think I can say, with you. Which
is not to say that you should change your position. "To each their
own." (sic)
