Best argument for continuing the experiments: if the experiments are stopped 
now, the pigs that have died will have died in vain.

One (very sick sub-human) could use that rationale to argue for continuing 
horrific 'experiments' in the concentration camps, because subjects of the 
experiments had already died as a result of said experiments. Dr. Mengele 
comes to mind as someone who could have used such an evil argument.
