James Joyce, having been passed thru non-denominational Purgatory with
honors, working on his fourteenth, funniest ever yet book, now gets to
enjoy V. and decides to omit that letter in his alphabet-titled series
as an homage...and even add a blurb: "V. will, V. will, rock you!"
nothing in common save they are both writing about the same world, pretty much,
and they both ring my bell, in different ways, very manly, non-gay
ways of course
(not that there's anything wrong with...)
