Mr. Tulkinghorn--Bleak House
Howard Roark--The Fountainhead
Holden Caulfield--The Catcher in the Rye
Rev. Arthur Dimmesdale--The Scarlet Letter
Alec D'Urberville--Tess of the

With whom would you least like to spend a weekend?  I think Howard Roark
wins for me.  Wait a minute--I think I HAVE spent a weekend with him!  It
was the 70s--things happen.
