Good point. I've used a number of different addresses here, used to
start a new account for each group read, 'cos they'd fill up, but
these days, given the bottomless inbox ...
I'd recommend gmail. Not only does its capacity keep increasing, not
only is its search function (understandably) excellent, but it
conveniently stacks messages under the same heading, drags along the
entire history of a conversation along with new responses, perfect for
a listserve (STILL my preferred method of going about these things, i
hate message boards and having to access each topic separately; gmail
however sort of gives you the option to do that anyway, so ...) ...
