Pynchon List Group Reads of non-Pynchon Books

I don't know about any NYT book forum activity by ‘Riverend’ Clarence Sterling.

He was primarily a Joycean whose scholarship ran deep through the Wake
& Ulysses.  I doubt, therefore, that he read much contemporary
fiction...  He was a fine gentleman from what I saw on that Joyce
list.
