Happy Columbus Day!

It is a fact that the state of South Dakota celebrates the second
Monday in October as Native American Day, not Columbus Day. Surely
this is not unrelated to the fact that Native American voters there
significantly outnumber Italian-American voters.  Who is
condescending?
