I took it because no one else did.

There's still opening or two if "We" deigns to host a section or two.

Looking for the ways all these elements manage to get folded into the  
later books, which I consider crucial, as the similarities to the  
later books is precisely the reason this is the best chapter in the  
book.

	Today we must all be aware that protocol takes
	precedence over procedure. However you say
	– WHAT THE – what does this mean… in relation
	to the tabulation whereby we must once again
	realize that the great fiction story is now being
