Subject: Very misc. on P: with bonus track: a real writer on 1984 and privacy,
loss of

What so impresses many who read and like TRP's work, I say
autobigraphically, is how, forging/acquiring/feeling/writing his vision,
he pushed certain concepts to, often, their limits. Their basics,
how as a poet---Zukovsky---titled his book about Shakespeare:

"Touching Bottom.".......

How TRP has in so many ways. When I read Kirn below--about which
I would argue a couple things with, but I'm nobody---I was reminded of
TRP pushing the whole lack of privacy into spying and betraying one
another, not just State suppression

LossofPrivacy "Little Brother" is watching our fragmentarian
society http://j.mp/cZZTA3

and, back to me. I am reminded of a comic but also not-so moment of
bottom-touching
on p. 245, ye olde Chap 9, where we are, of V.:

"before you dash off screaming revenge, one word. Just one. An unpleasant word:
rebellion."
"Every time a Bondel talks back to you people, it's rebellion"

I think of V.s concerns with rebellion, revolt, most in ATD, maybe, but in other

works, of course.
Violent vs. Not................'talking back" seen as Rebellion............where

non-violence is defined
by Power as rebellion.............................
