Misc. P, Max Weber, a fave, and power

Back during the AtD read, and with some later GR riffing, some plisters
wrote about P and power... misuse of which is a major overt subject as
well as theme..........................................

So, I ran across this today in misc. reading. From Weber, described as
his famous definition:

"power is the probability that one actor within a social
relationship will be in a position to carry out his own will despite resistance,
regardless
of the basis on which this probability rests"...

If the crowd clamors, I'll send this essayist's counterquote---from Foucault.
