wonder if this applies to Mexico today
a war that has spread to the point of meaningless, who's in charge, no
one knows, whos the chief: the cartel heads, the army, the federales,
the gov't, mercernaries, the americans, gun sellers, drug abusers, the
factory owners?

there is no Lord to invoke
