and the way those old books smell - I especially like books that have
been obviously in a smoker's library...

But how is an author supposed to make a living, is the question, and
we ought to support writers...
somebody who spends a lot of time and effort creating some really good
writing shouldn't suffer from neglect or piracy
while some massive dork (or even a cool person) can sell a bunch of
books by being famous for something else, it isn't fair...
