Following on from my digital download example, I thought I'd go have a look at some recent Eels setlists, since I'm off to see them in concert this coming Saturday. So, I am therefore I google.....

Typical. And where the f*ck is my 'digital booklet'? All I got for my £7.99 was a bunch of .mp4 files. Stuff like this makes people *want* to download illegally.
