Andreä was a real person, but he didn't write a book about Ukkbar (or Vheissu), and whoever wrote the original post about the mention of Vheissu in Andreä's travelogue must've had a bit of a laugh. Vheissu remains an original P invention, all the way through (and if the two of you were just sharing a private inside joke, I apologize for pointing out the obvious).
