ok, I'm a well-known idiot (like a well-known TCP port) but I like the
dialogue in V.

>        "I want to be in Ameerica,
>        Ok by me in Ameerica,
>        Everyting free in Ameerica,
>        For a small fee in A-Meer-EEK-Ah!'

this is just funny!  life imitating art...self-consciously...
I can picture Fina 'n' them putting on bad accents to sing
parodically.  like Ugly Betty and her sister and little brother might
do if they were putting on some ethnic airs...

V. dialogue has lotsa little things like that, cherry picked for the
bricolage....

Not that he didn't get a lot better!

Never caught that bit before about "come Josephine in my flying
machine (or anywhere else)!"  Thanks!
