I could not run a complete search on the text other than noting that 
the double "SB" occurs ten times but there are no repeating triples 
starting with "SB" nor triples ending in "SB." I would say that the 
text has a high entropy and is not decipherable by inspection.
One should be mindful of triggering inspection by the Feds.
