Laura's right again as usual....

Dylan was approached and let it be......

memory, mine, is fallible.......

I like this movie probably more than it deserves and it is good......the way the

six avatar-selves open up such a depth of understanding...and emblematic
scenes....I've seen it a few times....(Hey, name-dropping coming up...Richie
Havens in the lobby of the movie showing. )

But, Bobby D. gave an OK?...

I read an interview with the Director who said no contact with Bobby before nor
during filming AND no response when he sent him the pre-release DVD.
Which, I figured was the perfect response from him---and the best for the
Director who would have lost something (besides gaining, maybe, more viewers)

re integrity had Dylan and he talked, in my estimation....

Probably one of the better things he's done (non-musically) is to give the OK
for the fantastic bio-pic I'm Not There, which certainly brings out his many
variations on being an asshole, as well as his genius.  He clearly recognized
himself in the many faces that great film portrayed.
