ReCog ch 2 I recall Oedipa

Just reflecting on the confusion of ch 2.

There is so much yakking going on from uninvolved characters "someone said"  
etc
that I recall Oedipa Mass in CoL49 as she struggles to find out if there  
really is something
to Tristero or not.

I guess it's noteworthy Gaddis wrote on the financial market next. . . .
so much info to wade thru that it can be difficult to discern the signal  
from the noise
