Why are Americans saving more? Is it because the government passed
laws to protect them from slick banks who lend them money? No. Is it
because financial illiteracy has been reduced from near 95%? No. It's
the economy stupid. Americans are not as dumb as they look. They
understand what they are gettting inot when they leverage their houses
to the moon. Now, they have to get out of it. Save money. Americans
will never understand or want to understand money.
