hulu plus is taking down all the old episodes in a day or two, sadly

but they were up there long enough for Marie and me to watch them all
a couple times.
what a great show! I'm reluctant to enjoy anything mainstream, simply
because there are so many worthwhile unheralded things to enjoy.
But it's really funny and rather thought-provoking, one of the best
shows I've seen.

The interplay between Jack Donaghy and Liz Lemon and Tracy Jordan at
the core of the show is fun to watch because their differences allow
them to overstate their characteristics amusingly. It's a lot like
what Studio 60 was aiming at, just a bit lighter.

would Pynchon approve of the show? I think he might: there's a vibe
around Liz Lemon that, without emulating the Bradys, is effortlessly
wholesome in a Brady kind of way. You can count on her.

In a way it's good they're taking the old eps down, because I'd be
tempted to watch them till I'm sick of them.
Looking forward to the new season.
