and in the conflict of the freedoms of the wealthy and the freedoms of
the poor and powerless citizens lose sight of and are no longer
concerned with equality, but either seek to dominate or submit.
Anarchy or liiving as one chooses and being ruled by none abandons
equality. But the poor and powerless majority, given a democracy, will
submit not to anarchy, but to oligrarchy or some other form of power,
if equality is abandoned.
