Hardcover reprint for libraries with library binding that was printed in the 1990s; there's also a V. from 1989 I think but I'd have to check. I don't think they did a GR, unless that hardcover with sunset dust jacket, also from 89, again I think, was part of the same series. CL49 and V. don't come with dust jackets, however. The PNs bibliography should have the correct info.
By the way, that $51,000 CL49 and $20,000 M&D have been around for years. They were donated to the Cathedral school, signed, and auctioned, I guess in 1999 or 2000. The guy even had CL49 on sale for $45,000 a couple of months ago. He either doesn't really want to sell the books but must advertise them for tax reasons (inventory's value and what not) or paid way too much and can't lower his price too much, though signed CL49s seem to create high expectations for book dealers. There's another on the Web for a mere $32,500.
