he wants to put Turkey on half days. But he relents.
w/r/t to his management style: He's kind of like the "big guy" in that
show, WKRP in Cincinnati? That is, he's jocular and indecisive,
mainly, but also jealous of his prerogatives in a way that often fails
(but shows his true colors), and fails to set a businesslike example
so that his employees are prone to excessive familiarity and
squabbling also...
or any number of tv bosses, come to think of it. Sanford of Sanford
and Son, Bob Newhart as master of the inn, Michael on The Office...
