Man Hit by Lightning Six Times

But here's the real secret: "Despite all the accidents, Mize refuses
to be afraid."
I've worked out in the weather my whole life, including a couple years
logging in the Washington Cascades and 20 years as an arborist. We had
a rule in logging that when "Sparky" came to town the crew shut down.
Nobody was exceptionally fearful, just properly afraid. I've had to
climb trees during howling storms that would unnerve most sane folks,
but my rational fear made the work possible, even relatively safe,
because fear makes a person hyper-alert. I won't teach anyone to climb
who says he isn't afraid.
