Am I officially blacklisted?

I once served a penalty too. The infraction: "attempt to injure", most
likely. A telekinetic and/or telepathic misdemeanor, I suppose, as 8000+
miles separated me and the opponent.

Joseph, what you wrote about the clumsy double-headedness of that "with"
word in that sentence was apt and interesting indeed. Is there some kind
of artistic justification for it? E.g., some "Uncle Charles principle"
working (cf. Kenner on Joyce)? And who would "Uncle Charles" be in this
case - Mucho, Oedipa, or their entangled consciousnesses?
