C'mon, Erik: don't be too modest!

If it's the fault of .rtf, wouldn't more people be getting unreadable messages? I use Outlook Web Access, and it should be able to handle .rtf--or might I have it set to read only formats from the early 1990s? (I send in plain text, but does that mean I can receive in only that?) Another lister's messages occasionally come through this way, seemingly at random.
