(My subject post is a personal mythology allusion to a New American Review
essay from back in the day, the day when TRP was known to have a lunch with
an editor of it..........

The piece was called something like The Red & the Black (referring to flags) by 
one
self-named anarchist Emile Capouya who started his piece defending the tradition
by recounting how he was often asked questions best summed up as 

Who will pick up the garbage? in a classless society.......................

He ended by saying that whoever did would be called the gargage 
collectors................
if they got his drift........................
