Almost can't wait---but then again, i can---to see Downey do this on screen.
(I am reading a Shakespeare play, Richard III if you must know, which is a kind
of actors' or director's version...on the facing pages it asks of different ways
to perform the actions---and gives how Olivier's and other versions have done
it.

it is a very interesting way to 'read' Shakespeare).............

Dave's explanation is clearly the right interpretation. Might also be
translated as "Congratulate my ass" or "Congratulate my dick" to make it more
explicit.
