she's wonderful. highly recommend her stuff--don't look now, the birds
a new anthology of stories is in the works including this new story
a similar author by from a male perspective is Robert Aickman who
wrote these strange stories--much more than the traditional British
ghost stories (Le Fanu, MR James, and that lot great as they
are)--psychological horrors well written. much of his work is out of
print unfortunately
