How did you determine the date of V's birth? The way I see it (from
the novel, not Henry Adams), V evolves over many years, from Victoria
Wren to the Bad Priest. If should could be seen having a genesis in
the novel, I see it as Victoria's first encounter with Stencil's
father (in Venice, I think).
