GR translation: White Visitation

I have nothing to add to the translation tips that are helpful to this
nonnative reader too. Interesting to see how the translator [not me]
has solved the problem when the Finnish translation finally comes out
next year.

However - "The White Visitation" was to become the title, the subject
and the protagonist of a book, cf. "Trout Fishing in America". Looks
more "poetic" than Brautigan's novel, though. Lists GR as a source.
